Welcome to Traviso Travels. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking any travel service through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

These Terms and Conditions govern all travel packages, tour bookings, visa assistance, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and any other services offered by Traviso Travels. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company” refers to Traviso Travels, its employees, agents, and representatives.
  • “Client” or “You” refers to any individual or group that books or inquires about our travel services.
  • “Services” refers to all travel-related offerings including but not limited to tour packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa assistance, and travel consultation.
  • “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation made by the client for any of our services.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as applicable. A booking confirmation will be sent to the client via email or WhatsApp once the payment is received and the booking is secured with our service providers.

Traviso Travels reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules may vary based on the package, destination, and service provider requirements. The following general terms apply:

  • An advance deposit (percentage as communicated at the time of booking) is required to confirm the booking.
  • The balance amount must be paid as per the timeline specified at the time of booking.
  • Traviso Travels accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other modes as communicated to the client.
  • All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund of the advance amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance the cancellation is made from the date of departure. The following schedule is indicative and may vary by package:

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total package cost.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or message) to Traviso Travels. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

6. Amendments and Changes

Any changes to a confirmed booking, including changes to dates, destinations, or the number of travellers, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Traviso Travels will make every effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that all amendments will be possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Traviso Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other vendors. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and reliability of our service partners, we are not liable for:

  • Any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
  • Injury, illness, or death arising during the travel period.
  • Losses arising from natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  • Visa rejections by embassies or consulates, regardless of the documentation provided.

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

8. Travel Documents and Visa

It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all travel documents — including passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documentation — are valid and in order before departure.

Traviso Travels may offer visa assistance as a value-added service, but the final decision on visa approval rests entirely with the respective embassy or consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for any losses arising from visa rejection.

9. Health, Safety, and Client Conduct

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the travel itinerary booked. Traviso Travels recommends consulting a physician before travel, particularly for international destinations or adventure-based tours.

Traviso Travels reserves the right to remove any client from a tour or service without a refund in the event of conduct that is disruptive, illegal, or harmful to other travellers or service personnel.

10. Force Majeure

Traviso Travels shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemics, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer alternative arrangements or a partial refund where possible.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact Traviso Travels directly to seek an amicable resolution.
